This tarnished metal compass is rumored to point the way to the Lost Lair of the Manticore of Sword Mountains. Its once-fine, aquamarine face shows a number of cracks; in fact, you’re surprised the glass hasn’t surrendered to its injury altogether.

Experimentation reveals that the compass will only work when in the company of at least a dozen others. You will need to find friends and allies to accompany you on this journey.
