Outside of club meetings, coach an individual through a project. Speak with your vice president education to develop a plan for coaching a club member versus an individual outside of Toastmasters. After your coaching commitment, present a 5- to 7-minute speech at a club meeting about your experience as a coach. Your speech may be humorous, informational, or any style that appeals to you and is appropriate for your content.
