Andrew was first introduced to D&D in high school, played a bit in college, but really got into it as an adult. He enjoys creating characters using "defining moments" that allow him to empathize and respond to roleplayed experiences as he grows into the character.
Outside of Dungeons & Toast, his passions are SCUBA diving, freediving, singing, reading, cooking, traveling and unwinding with a good cigar with coffee in the morning or whiskey in the evening.
Andrew has spent most of his career in philanthropic operations management and owns his own consulting company that helps organizations improve operations efficiency, staff management, marketing, recruitment, and strategic leadership. Currently he runs operations for a small network of mental healthcare clinics across Southern California. |
