Prepared Speeches
A Role or Roll by any other name, would that be as sweet.
In 2025, Toastmasters reintroduced "Meeting Role Pathway Level Requirements."
In this presentation, Kenn will bring clarity to Pathways and "How to Role those requirements."
Greg has given several speeches over the years on tools and techniques for increasing engagement with your games and your characters, as either a player or as a GM. His most recent speech was about embracing the unexpected, and how you become more connected to stories if you lean into the bad rolls, surprise outcomes, and new details that add depth to characters, NPCs, locations and so on. Today, Greg will be taking that further with a new type of game that is starting to become popular: Collaborative Worldbuilding games. He hopes you will be intrigued by this new type of game, and what it might mean to our hobby, and the RPG industry in general.
Sir Roselind the Knight will now give us instruction on how to train for our future encounters beyond the TTRPG setting. He intends to inform us On the differences between the two sports, the pros, cons, and what kinds of players/characters might enjoy such a sport. He also hopes he might persuade you to take your training beyond level 20 through one of these sports.
