The Sergeant-at-Arms shares the Club Mission Statement and welcomes visiting guests. They then call the meeting to order, introducing and ceding control to the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.

Why I hate the DCP Program

This is the second version of the speech, trying to incorporate suggestions from Patrrick's evaluation. Brian will review the DCP Process, its original goal and how points are awarded. He will then talk about the implementation problems with the DCP program as he sees it. It all goes back to an addage he learned in Business School - In every organization you only get exactly what you measure.
