Dungeons & Toast Meeting

The year was 1978 when NancyKay Clark began playing Dungeons & Dragons AND training with horses. She brings two of her greatest passions together with her speech, The Missing Horse: What Happens When Horses Matter in DnD. Her goal with this persuasive speech is to inspire players and GMs to imagine a richer fantasy world where horses play an important role.

Greg's speech was inspired by his coming home this week after a 14-hour day, only to have his daughter say "Oh look, you got a jury summons." This got him thinking about how unexpected situations change things up, and give you an opportunity to react in new ways. And while they may not always rise to the level of "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger", the unexpected certainly offers a chance to have some new types of fun in your RPG game. Greg hopes you will enjoy this newest speech about a tool to be a better player and gamemaster: "Embracing the Unexpected."
