Meet & Greet
The Sergeant-at-Arms shares the Club Mission Statement and welcomes visiting guests. They then call the meeting to order, introducing and ceding control to the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.
The Toastmaster introduces the members of the Evaluation team: Wizard of Ahs (Ah Counter), Cleric of Rhetoric (Grammarian), Sorcerer of Time (Timer), and Scribe.

Michael's character, known best as "Inky", has been reluctant to return hom for fear of reopening old wounds after being presumed dead, he has finally been persuaded to try. As inky, Michael will relay what happened when this plucky little gnome traveled back to his hometown and how, if he even made it, he was received.
St. George may be dead—a martyr saint. But his followers, The Fellowship of St. George, remain, out to destroy dragons and their allies, Kobolds, Dragonborn, and the Heirs of the Dragons themselves.
Even now, just outside of town, Ignatius Frostbane a leader of one of their squadrons, stands with his bloodthirsty and well-armed men, inspiring them to attack their chosen foes.
1-3 speakers deliver prepared speeches, each of which is generally 5-7 minutes in length.
The Table Topics Master conducts the table topics session with members and guests invited to speak extemporaneously for 1-2 minutes each. Returns control to the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.
The Toastmaster-of-the-Day passes control to the Captain of the Watch (General Evaluator).
The Captain of the Watch (General Evaluator) leads the third and final portion of the meeting which is dedicated to evaluation.
Each Speech Evaluator delivers an evaluation of the prepared speech to which they have been assigned.
The Sorcerer of Time (Timer) delivers their report.
The Wizard of Ahs (Ah Counter) delivers their report.
The Cleric of Rhetoric (Grammarian) delivers their report.
The Scribe delivers their report.
The General Evaluator provides an overall assessment of the meeting, including exceptional moments and opportunities for improvement before ceding control to the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.
The Toastmaster-of-the-Day provides closing remarks before ceding control to the presiding officer.
The presiding officer facilitates any outstanding club business before adjourning the meeting, including:
•Soliciting guest feedback
•Member recognition
•Filling roles for the next meeting
